Who We Are

We are an independent Building Consultancy firm committed to delivering a professional, efficient and comprehensive service to our clients from London to the south coast and surrounding counties.

Established in 2018 Leyson Building Consultancy was founded by Toby Connis the Principal Building Surveyor. Toby's experience covers working within multi-disciplinary practices, in roles from Junior Surveyor to Associate Partner, working both independently and managing teams of Surveyors.

In 2022 Leyson Building Consultancy became a limited company. We have built a strong portfolio of new and existing Clients with an excellent reputation for offering a dedicated and personal service. Our Clients are confident that we are the right choice to ensure their projects are successfully completed. 

With 25 years experience in the construction industry we are well placed to provide a conscientious, proactive and creative approach to individual client needs.
